Consolidate your dog and car transport needs with the convenience of using your vehicle for the trip. I accept large and higher end vehicles less than 4 years old that are appropriate for the trip and your dog.

In-cabin Air Transport

Ideal for puppies under 20lbs and small dogs, your dog will fly with me in a premium cabin on a nonstop flight (when available). Door to door pick up and delivery service is optional. A great option for the new member of your family.

Private Jet Pet Steward

With a prearranged private jet or prepaid Wheels Up™ or Blade™ booking, I will provide uninterrupted care for your dog at a set rate with door-to-door pick up and delivery service optional. Connecting itineraries with overnight layovers and international tarmac deliveries are welcome. Customers are welcome to book using my Wheels Up™ membership or their own.

Cross country and regional transport

Hire an experienced, professional transport service to ensure your dog enjoys a safe and comfortable journey to his new home or seasonal residence. How your beloved family member is transported (i.e. on a favorite bed, harnessed in the back seat), exercised, and cared for during her trip is fully customizable. For their comfort and health, I typically do not allow for large dogs to be transported in a crate though exceptions may be made. 95%+ of the large dogs in my care have been transported without the use of a crate.

Transcontinental transport, such as Los Angeles to Manhattan, requires 5 nights / 6 days to complete. Regional transport, such as Palm Beach to Boston, requires 2 nights / 3 days to complete. Pick up and delivery times and locations can be coordinated with your availability at normal times of the day. To maintain a regular schedule for myself and your dog and safety reasons, I drive during the daytime into early evening hours. Overnight stays will be at well-reviewed pet friendly hotels directly off the route including Marriott or Hilton brand hotels. Room reservations are made in advance of departure and one-bedroom suites are the standard rooms reserved.

If your dog is small enough and you prefer a quicker and less expensive way to move your dog, flying a dog in-cabin is a safe and efficient option. I handle of all of the logistical details from flight reservations to pick up to delivery. Learn more about carry-on requirements by reviewing pet policies from Delta Airlines or American Airlines. This service is ideal for puppy transport and healthy dogs weighing less than 20lbs.

Airline pet policies continue to place cargo restrictions for snub-nosed/brachycephalic dogs and enforce additional temperature and seasonal restrictions as well. Some of these restricted breeds include French Bulldogs, Pugs, Boston Terriers, Boxers, some Mastiffs, Pekingese, Lhasa Apsos, Shih Tzus and other related mixes. If these dogs are not able to fly in-cabin, driving these dogs is often a better and safer option.

If you would like me to provide the transport vehicle, a suitable one-way rental car will be included in my quote. Rental of a large SUV is standard for most trips including transcontinental and winter time transports. I will handle all aspects of the rental including pick up and return.

using your car

I offer to use a customer’s car for transport if it is less than 4 years old, well maintained and suitable for your dog and distance of the trip. All-wheel drive or 4 wheel drive equipped vehicle is required for winter weather travel. Having plenty of tread depth on the tires and a recent service will help ensure a trouble free and comfortable ride. For high-end makes including Bentley, Mercedes-Maybach, Rolls Royce, and other special edition makes/models being used for transport between Florida and the Northeast, I will arrange for overnight stops at 4-star or 5-star hotels where your car will valeted or garaged.

Though I am based in Massachusetts, the majority of my customers live throughout the United States. They include snowbirds who do not wish perform the seasonal drive any longer (or can’t due to a medical issue), young families on a cross country corporate move, and many others who are just in a bind and need reliable transport for their beloved family member.

I'll do whatever possible to make your dog’s trip safe, comfortable, and enjoyable. Your dog will receive continuous care from me throughout the trip and at no point will your dog be unattended for any unnecessary or extended period of time. Stops for walks and comfort breaks are typically every 2-3 hours at clean and safe areas away from traffic. I book one-bedroom suites to give your dog space to stretch out, relax, and rest at the end of a long day on the road. I can provide your dog a good walk or two each day and provide playtime at the hotel if preferred. If you would rather your dog be able to romp freely, I have a list of well maintained, high fenced, off leash dog parks throughout the country that are directly off of major routes.
